There's not much better than picking up the baby at school and getting an art project to take home. In this case, they were learning about cars and she "made" this wheel print painting, which I'm sure involved some fun and a lot of mess. Definitely a keeper!

Action shot! Abby loves the bath now as much as she hated it 8 months ago. She splashes, plays with her toys (playing usually involves the systematic placing into and susequent removal of toys from a cup). Splish splash!

Home sick today, but was happy to go out for a quick trip to the store for more dog food. She's sporting her pink USCG sweatshirt given to her by her Auntie Liz. I wish all our family lived closer!

Abby's not feeling well today - she has a low-grade fever and is pretty congested. Not too sick to play, however! She found the monkey that goes with the jungle tummy time mat and she carried it around to all her toy stations.

As a side note, I think she needs a haircut.

Abby loves watching the doggies play outside. She bounces and pants and says "doggie" over and over with some jibbersih words in between. She talks about the dogs all the time. I wonder how different her life would be if the dogs weren't in her life.

There are few better places to be than Phoenix in the winter! The weather is amazing and it's a perfect day to take the baby and the dog for a walk.
